HOW DOES A CUSTOM ART PROJECT WORK?
1. TELL ME ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
You provide the main information about your project:
photographs or plans of the space, available dimensions, preferred colours, type of artwork, estimated budget and desired completion date.
2. ARTISTIC PROPOSAL AND QUOTATION
After reviewing your request, PVettese will propose an artistic direction adapted to your project, including the format, support, colour palette and techniques being considered.
A personalised quotation will then specify the price, timescale and main stages of the project.
3. PROJECT APPROVAL
The artwork is started after the quotation has been approved and the agreed deposit has been received.
The main elements are confirmed before production begins, creating a balance between your requirements and the artistic freedom necessary to produce an original artwork.
4. CREATION OF THE ARTWORK
The artwork is created in PVettese’s studio or directly on site when required by the nature of the project.
Progress photographs may be shared at the stages agreed upon in advance.
5. DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION
Delivery, hanging and installation arrangements are determined according to the size of the artwork and the project location.
The estimated completion time is specified in the quotation. Urgent requests requiring completion within less than three weeks may involve an additional fee, provided that the project remains technically feasible.
BUYING OR LEASING ART: WHICH OPTION IS RIGHT FOR YOUR BUSINESS?
A company can purchase a selected artwork directly or consider an art leasing solution.
Art leasing allows the cost to be spread over monthly payments and may help preserve the company’s cash flow.
The accounting and tax treatment depends on each company’s individual situation and should be confirmed with a qualified accountant.
